Ingredients
4slicesbread of choiceI used sprouted ezekiel bread
Add all of the ingredients, except the bread, into a bowl and whisk well.
Heat up a non-stick pan and keep on medium heat. Cut the bread into strips (try for 3 strips per slice). Dunk each piece of the bread into the french toast mixture (do not soak, just dip and remove).
Lay them on the non-stick pan and pan-fry on each side until golden brown and crispy.
